3. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made as outlined in your proposal or invoice.
We reserve the right to pause or delay work for late or missing payments.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

For studio bookings or coaching sessions:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of session credit

Refunds

Due to the nature of personalized work, mentoring, and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly transferred in writing, all content created by Rocket City Momentum—including scripts, strategy documents, templates, raw footage, and creative materials—remains our intellectual property.

Clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for business marketing purposes.

You may not:

Sell, distribute, or sublicense our work

Claim authorship of our materials

Reproduce training, frameworks, or documents without permission

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful projects, you agree to:

Provide timely feedback, approvals, access, logins, or assets

Attend scheduled filming or coaching sessions

Comply with agreed deadlines

Ensure all provided materials (logos, images, text) are owned or licensed by you

Delays in client communication or asset delivery may affect timelines.

6. Studio Use & Filming Policies

When filming at the Rocket City Momentum studio:

Clients must respect studio equipment and space

Damage caused by misuse may result in repair fees

Additional crew/talent must be approved in advance

Behind-the-scenes recording may be limited depending on the project

7. Testimonials & Marketing Use

By working with us, you grant permission for Rocket City Momentum to:

Display your final video(s) in our portfolio

Share non-confidential project details as case studies

Use testimonials or feedback submitted verbally or in writing

If you require confidentiality, please notify us in writing before services begin.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use third-party platforms for:

Analytics

Scheduling

Email marketing

File storage

Payment processing

We are not responsible for downtime, data practices, or performance of third-party services, though we choose platforms committed to security and reliability.

9. Disclaimer

Rocket City Momentum provides marketing, media, and business strategy services.
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business results.

Your success depends on many factors, including your business model, effort, implementation, and market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Loss of revenue or profits

Delays outside our control
